Okidea

Sophie, the designer of Okidea handbags, is a lovely Viennese woman living with her Italian husband and her children in the countryside of Tuscany, close to Florence. She teaches fashion and patternmaking at a school in Florence and her bags are sold in several countries in Europe. We love meeting with Sophie each time we’re in Florence. We’ve even been privy to some of her “works in progress” and new fabrics that she's found. Her designs are simple, crisp and functional.
