Serena Italian Imports is pleased to offer free standard shipping for all orders of $150 or more. For shipping of orders below $150 or for expedited shipping options, the following rates apply.** Any FREE SHIPPING coupons apply ONLY to standard $8.95 shipping charges. They do not apply to two-day air or next day air.
We use either the US Postal Service or UPS, depending upon location, size of package and other criteria.

Return Policy
At Serena Italian Imports, we want you to be 100% satisfied with everything you purchase. And we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item.
Merchandise will be accepted for return or exchange within 14 days of your receipt of the item. All merchandise returned must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags attached. If these criteria are not met, merchandise cannot be returned.
After 14 days, merchandise is not returnable and may not be exchanged.
All merchandise in our Handbags on Sale section may be returned for merchandise credit only.
